ResourceMFG is Hiring a CNC Operator Near FLOWERY BRANCH, GA

Employbridge is searching qualified candidates to fill the position of

CNC Operator

Compensation:

$20.64

Work Schedule:

2nd shift – 2:30 – 11:00pm

3rd shift – 10:00pm-7:00am,

Mon-Saturday with Occasional Sundays

Job Descriptions:

  • Set up and program the computer responsible for the machinery.
  • Inspect the machinery and product for quality assurance.
  • Perform daily maintenance on the machinery.
  • Handle materials appropriately and safely.
  • Inspect parts with precision and measuring tools ·
  • Measures, inspects, and troubleshoots dimensions of finished work pieces to ensure conformance to specifications.
  • Control and adjust machine settings (e.g., speed)
  • Feed raw material or parts to CNC machines.
  • Test operation of machines periodically
  • Fix issues that might occur during the shift.
  • Check output to spot any machine-related mistakes or flaws.
  • Keep records of approved and defective units or final

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Proven experience as a machine operator (CNC) ·
  • Working knowledge of diverse high-speed machinery and measurement tools (caliper, micrometer etc.)
  • Understanding of production procedures ·
  • Ability to Repetitively use your hand/grasping.
  • Ability to lift 30-40 lbs repetitiously and the ability to lift, carry, push/pull, bend over, squat, and reach.
  • Place Safety First.
  • Performs duties largely of a heavy, repetitive physical nature such as lifting and moving.
  • Maintenance of housekeeping in the area
  • Read work instructions and interpret production drawings.
